Gennaro Celio

Personal Trainer

Gennaro is another one of our well-rounded trainers here at DTC. He practices what he preaches and makes every client feel comfortable, whether your 15 or 85. Delivers results while making sure you enjoy every minute. Gennaro is a NASM certified Personal Trainer. His background consists of playing High School Basketball and Football. Has a strong nutrition expertise and worked as a chef prior to dedicating his life to health and fitness. He is walking proof that he practices what he preaches buy losing over 80lbs himself! Weighing as high as 240 at one point.

Bryan Francis

Personal Trainer

Bryan has been certified through the American Council on Exercise since 2002, holds his Bachelors Degree in Physical Education, and Associates Degree in Law Enforcement which makes him one of the most well-rounded trainers you can find. He enjoys the challenges personal training brings.
He is also a Certified Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. Whether it is a new mother trying to get the baby weight off, a veteran mom trying to regain their youth, or a dad with a hernia repair wanting to get in shape, his extensive knowledge base makes him well suited for all fitness needs. 
Bryan also played Ice Hockey for Bridgewater State and practiced with the Providence Bruins and now also has a wide range of young athletes as clients.
No matter what style your looking for… functional, therapeutic, rehab, prehab, strength, power, muscle gain, fat loss – Bryan can design a program and get you the results you want….. safely and effectively!

Kelly Richard

Personal Trainer

Kelly is a NASM certified personal trainer who loves working with people. She earned a Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Rhode Island College. Kelly was a competitive cheerleader and dancer from K-12, and was also heavily involved in gymnastics. Like most of us, when those activities stopped Kelly fell off a bit with exercise and wasn’t as healthy as she liked to be. So, she herself hired a personal trainer and fell in love with fitness and loves to help people the way her trainer helped her! With her degree and experience, Kelly is a perfect match for anyone looking to improve their life by becoming healthier!

Michael Pagliarini

Personal Trainer

Michael is a NASM certified Personal Trainer. He is also a NSCA certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He spent 3 years as a Strength Coach at Salve Regina University working with and developing the athletes for over 10 different sports.
Prior to that, he played football for Salve Regina, worked as an Exercise Specialist for Performance Physical Therapy and achieved his MBS from Salve Regina as well.

Lisa Karneeb

Personal Trainer

Lisa is a Rhode Island College graduate with a B.A. in Psychology. She is a NASM certified personal trainer. Lisa is committed to showing her clients that a healthy lifestyle can be achieved at any age by a well-rounded diet and daily exercise. Her approach on fitness is simple, if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you. Her passionate and energetic style motivates her clients to help them connect with their bodies, learn proper form and accomplish their goals.

Alexis Brown

Personal Trainer

Alexis was active growing up in cheer and dance, underweight growing up and as young adult.
She struggled with eating and had an unhealthy relationship with food. She wanted to be healthy and work towards a better mindset.
Strength training helped not only physically but helped her mental health significantly. Alexis was so motivated to make that happen for others, she became a NASM certified Personal Trainer.
Alexis loves training clients from all walks of life and ages, but has a special passion to educated her younger clients to truly love training and encourage them to build a strong foundation for them to live a long healthy and active life.

Jamie Lutze

Personal Trainer

Jamie has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Rhode Island in Health Studies with a concentration in Health and Nutrition. He is also a WITS certified Personal Trainer.
While at URI, Jamie was an Assistant Coach on the Executive Swim Team who focused primarily on Strength Training. He was also a member of the URI Powerlifting Club.
Like many of us, Jamie was an overweight kid who turned to Strength Training and Nutrition to change his lifestyle and become healthier. Jamie is now taking that passion to help educate others achieve their goals.

Eric Smith

Personal Trainer

Eric is a graduate of Plymouth State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology. Eric also played cornerback for the football team all 4 years. One of his major accomplishments while on the team was receiving the James Hamilton Award for outstanding contributions to defense, leadership, enthusiasm and desire on the field.
Eric expounded on his knowledge by interning as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for his own school for multiple sports as well as doing another internship for Brown University.
Eric is a very knowledgeable, positive, and motivating trainer that helps many clients achieve their goals no matter what they are. It doesn’t matter if you are training for a sport, losing weight, gaining muscle, or just want to move better – Eric will insure you accomplish your goals.

Tym Toczko

Personal Trainer

Tym has always loved health and fitness dating way back to when he was an All State Safety in High School. Although he didn’t begin his career into the industry until later in life, his previous positions has helped him become a very well rounded individual that allows him to adapt to the many different types of clients he has been able to have success with. Tym was a correctional officer in CT., and most recently a 1:1 Specialist for Special Needs Children. While both professions were rewarding in their own way, Tym wanted to dedicate his career to where his true passion was – health and fitness. That desire led him to DTC, and he brought his love for helping people with him. No matter your goal, Tym will get you there, and make sure you have fun while doing it.

Josh Bate

Personal Trainer

Never the athlete throughout his adolescent and high school career, Josh realized that he was terribly out of shape and wanted to be a healthier more confident person. Struggling most of his teen years with severe social anxiety and low self esteem Josh decided it was time to pursue a more healthy, active lifestyle even if it meant stepping out of his comfort zone. Josh is certified through AFTA and NSCA and has a passion towards bodybuilding.

Erin Carlson

Personal Trainer

Erin is not only a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Management Specialist but also is a graduate of Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology.
Having all three of those educational backgrounds makes for a great personal trainer. The Psychological aspects of trying to live a healthy lifestyle with regards to eating right, keeping a healthy bodyweight can take a toll on anxiety, depression and self confidence.
Weight training has a multitude of healthy benefits and the psychological aspects being just one of them. Erin is a well rounded trainer that will not just help you excel in achieving your fitness goals, but also improving your overall well being and mental outlook.
