Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

  • 8 Red Peppers
  • 2lbs. of 90% Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 cup of Rice (brown or white)
  • 1 cup of Raos Tomato Sauce

Directions

  • Clean peppers and hollow out.
  • Mix cooked and drained ground beef, with cooked rice, and 1/2 cup Raos sauce.
  • Stuff peppers with mixture and place upright in slow cooker.
  • Pour remaining 1/2 cup Raos sauce over stuffed peppers.
  • Cook on low for 8 hours.
