Ingredients:

  • 1-2 lbs. of beef tips or sliced siroloin ounces Sirloin Steak, trimmed of fat.
  • Fajita packet
  • Josephs low carb wheat and oat bran wraps
  • Low fat Mexican shredded cheese
  • Optional -peppers and onions

Directions:

  • Brown beef until medium rare with peppers and onions.
  • Add fajita mix with 1-2 cups of water.
  • Stir and make sure all powder is fully dissolved and all beef is covered.
  • Let simmer for 10-20 minutes.
  • Microwave wrap between two paper towels for 10 seconds.
  • Add cheese and beef to wrap
  • Eat!
