1lb. Trimmed Chicken Breasts
1 package Old El Paso Chipotle Mexican Cooking Sauce
That’s it!!!!
Place chicken in crock pot. Pour the package of cooking sauce over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
Once finished, shred the chicken with a fork, and stir through sauce to deepen flavor.
Add 4-6 oz. of chicken to “Josephs” Flax, Oat Bran, and Whole Wheat Lo-Carb Tortillas…. Sprinkle some low-fat Mexican Blend shredded cheese (weight watchers brand is very good)…..And your good to go!

Absolutely, one of my favorite meals. Packed with protein, low fat, and slow digesting, complex carbohydrates. Great for keeping blood sugar levels stable and maximizing those fat burning enzymes!
