healthy turkey wrap sandwich with lettuce, tomato, onion and peppers

Great High Protein meal, that’s quick, easy and most importantly healthy!

Ingredients

  • 4oz. Boars Head Turkey Breast
  • 1 Josephs brand Lavish Wrap
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Regular Mayo

Directions

  • Spread mayo on one side of wrap.
  • Spread Turkey evenly over wrap, and roll it up.

This is a great well balanced meal, that you can keep in a cooler in your car if on the road, or in the fridge in your office. It takes less than 1 minute to make and has all the essential nutrients that you look for in a meal – protein, fiber from complex carbohydrates, and essential fatty acids.
A great addition to this is a nice salad, marinated cucumbers, or celery/carrot sticks.
