As you know, it is inevitable that you will get hungry. So, why should you not be prepared? Too often we don’t plan ahead and then raid the fridge, or pull into a drive thru making a bad decision that we regret later.
Controlling blood sugar, and not letting yourself get to that point of starvation is key to maintaining energy, and a healthy weight.
Not only are Almonds good for you, but they are slow digesting- giving you a more sustained energy source.
No preparation is needed. You can keep these in the office, or your car, or briefcase/purse. Portioned controlled and satisfying – what more can you ask for in snack!?
